Shipping & Delivery

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all areas within Kuwait, including Capital, Hawalli, Farwaniya, Ahmadi, Jahra, Mubarak Al-Kabeer, Sabah Al-Ahmad, and Al-Mutlaa.

We currently provide delivery within Kuwait only.

2. Delivery Time

Our standard estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 business days after the order has been prepared for dispatch.

We operate throughout the week, including Fridays and Saturdays. All seven days are included in our normal delivery schedule.

3. Order Preparation & Cutoff Time

Our daily order cutoff time is 11:00 PM (23:00), Kuwait local time (GMT+03:00).

• Confirmed orders placed before 11:00 PM are prepared for dispatch on the same day.
• Orders placed after 11:00 PM are prepared on the following day.
• Order preparation operates Monday through Sunday.

The estimated 1–3 business-day delivery period is counted from dispatch. Orders placed after the daily cutoff may therefore arrive later than orders prepared on the same day.

4. Delivery Fees

The standard delivery charge is KWD 1.000 (one Kuwaiti dinar) per order to every area in Kuwait.

• The same KWD 1.000 shipping fee applies to all products and delivery areas, including Sabah Al-Ahmad and Al-Mutlaa.
• The delivery fee is charged once per order, not per product.
• The delivery fee is displayed during checkout before the order is placed.
