Last Updated: October 19, 2026
Welcome to Ordinary Kuwait. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using our website and purchasing products from our online store. Please read them before placing an order.
Ordinary Kuwait is an independent online skincare and beauty retailer in Kuwait, operated by the Kuwait-registered business Moozhel Kuwait.
Independent retailer notice: Ordinary Kuwait is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized distributor of The Ordinary or DECIEM. Product and brand names are used to identify the products being offered.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By browsing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked below, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not place an order through the website. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable Kuwait law remain unaffected.
2. Store Identity and Contact Information
Store name: Ordinary Kuwait
Operating business: Moozhel Kuwait (Kuwait-registered business)
Service area: State of Kuwait
Website: https://ordinarykuwait.com/
Ordinary Kuwait operates as an independent seller of skincare and beauty products, including third-party branded items. References to The Ordinary or other brands do not indicate an official agency, partnership, affiliation, or endorsement.
3. Products and Information
We aim to provide clear descriptions, images, prices, and availability information for the products listed on our website. Product packaging, appearance, or specifications may change from time to time due to manufacturer updates.
Please read the information on the product label and follow the manufacturer’s directions, warnings, and precautions before using any skincare product.
Product information on our website is for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Individual experiences and results may vary.
We make reasonable efforts to keep product listings accurate and to correct errors when identified.
4. Prices and Currency
Product prices are displayed in Kuwaiti dinars (KWD). The product price and applicable delivery charge are shown during checkout before you submit an order.
Our standard delivery fee is KWD 1.000 per order for all areas of Kuwait, regardless of the number of products in the order.
We may update product prices or promotions on the website. Changes will not retroactively alter an order we have already accepted. If a material pricing error affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it; if we cannot fulfill an order at the agreed price, any amount already collected for the cancelled order will be refunded using an appropriate method.
5. Placing and Confirming Orders
Customers are responsible for entering correct contact details, delivery information, and order instructions. Please review the items, quantities, prices, delivery charge, and payment method before confirming your order.
Orders are subject to product availability and successful order validation. We may contact you if clarification is needed or if an item is unavailable. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will inform you and arrange a refund for any payment already collected for the affected order.
Customers can place orders through our website. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include cash on delivery or an electronic payment service, depending on the options enabled at the time of purchase.
6. Delivery Within Kuwait
- Delivery area: All areas of Kuwait, including Sabah Al-Ahmad and Al-Mutlaa.
- Delivery fee: KWD 1.000 per order.
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after the order is prepared for dispatch.
- Operating days: Monday through Sunday, including Friday and Saturday.
- Daily order cutoff: 11:00 PM (23:00), Kuwait local time (GMT+03:00).
Confirmed orders placed before the daily cutoff are scheduled for same-day preparation. Orders placed after the cutoff are scheduled for preparation on the next day. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, exceptional weather, address problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For full details, see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
7. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Customers may request an eligible return within 14 calendar days of receiving an order. For an ordinary return of a non-defective item, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the condition received.
For eligible returns within Kuwait, return shipping and collection are free of charge, and we do not charge a restocking fee. Customers may choose free courier collection from their address or return by a shipping company, coordinated in advance with customer service. When customers arrange shipping themselves, they must coordinate the shipping method and reimbursement or payment of shipping charges in advance.
Damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products are handled separately. Depending on the issue and applicable rights, a replacement or refund may be provided.
After the returned item is received, inspected, and the return is approved, customers can normally expect the refund to arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider, banking schedules, and applicable holidays.
Please review our Refund and Returns Policy for the full eligibility rules, return methods, fees, and procedures. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protections under Kuwait law.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to correct delivery information, change an item, or request cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and provide your order details.
Changes and cancellations before dispatch depend on the order’s preparation status and availability. If an order has already been dispatched or delivered, our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable consumer protection requirements will apply.
We will not apply a cancellation fee unless such a charge is lawful, disclosed to the customer, and agreed where required.
9. Payment and Transaction Security
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Where electronic payment is selected, the transaction may be processed by a third-party payment service provider under its own security and privacy practices.
We take reasonable steps to maintain secure checkout functionality. Customers should not share payment card security codes or account passwords through unsolicited messages.
For information on personal data and payment-related information, please see our Privacy Policy.
10. Customer Accounts and Website Use
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for the activities carried out using your credentials, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Please do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout services, upload harmful software, or use the store for unlawful or fraudulent transactions.
We may take reasonable measures to investigate suspicious activity and protect our customers, subject to applicable law.
11. Trademarks and Intellectual Property
Third-party brand names, logos, product images, and trademarks displayed on our website belong to their respective rights holders. Their appearance is intended to identify or describe the products being sold and does not imply endorsement or authorization.

15. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our website, policies, or legal requirements. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
