Order Preparation & Delivery

We accept and prepare customer orders throughout the week, including Fridays and Saturdays.

Our daily order cutoff for same-day preparation is 11:00 PM Kuwait time.

Orders confirmed after the daily cutoff are prepared on the following day.

The estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 business days, with all days of the week treated as regular operating days.

Standard delivery costs 1.000 KWD per order across Kuwait, including Sabah Al-Ahmad and Al-Mutlaa.

Delivery estimates may be affected by public holidays or exceptional circumstances.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
