At Ordinary Kuwait, we want our customers to have a clear and convenient shopping experience.

Returns

Customers can request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• In its original packaging.
• In the same condition in which it was received.

Return Cost
Returns within the 14-day return period are free of charge for the customer. Ordinary Kuwait covers the return cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
